We enjoy taking all the photos. Not much to buy here, so photos are the best present. Tonight we sleep by Nepal’s second biggest lake, right under Annapurna. Tomorrow we will row or kayak out and get pictures. It is cold here at night but not bad during the day.
We took a public bus here, six hours from the capital Kathmandu. It was an experience. Will try to take a tourist bus or fly back to Kathmandu. Roads are incredible, steep, no guard rails… We walked out of the last mt town bec no bus. The prime minister was expected for a rally. Fortunately a taxi found us and we negotiated for a ride to the Kathmandu bus. If you check a map of Nepal.
We were at Nagarkot in the mts for two nights And now we are west in Pokhara, right under Annapurna. I can’t believe men climb these peaks, they look absolutely impossible!
